Salvi’s Scialatielli Pasta is a true expression of traditional Italian craftsmanship, proudly produced in a family-run factory nestled in the picturesque town of Cava de' Tirreni along the stunning Amalfi Coast. Crafted using time-honoured methods and premium durum wheat semolina, these short, thick, slightly irregular strands have a wonderfully hearty texture that clings beautifully to sauces.
