Salvi’s Fusillotti Corti Pasta is a beautiful expression of traditional Italian craftsmanship, expertly produced in a family-run factory in the charming town of Cava de' Tirreni, nestled along the idyllic Amalfi Coast. This artisanal pasta is crafted using time-honoured techniques and the finest durum wheat semolina, delivering a perfectly firm texture and exquisite flavour.  

The fusillotti corti shape, with its short, twisted spirals, is perfect for holding every drop of sauce, whether it’s a bold tomato ragù, a creamy cheese blend, or a delicate olive oil and herb drizzle. Salvi’s pasta is slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve its authentic taste, nutritional integrity, and ensure a consistently al dente finish every time.
