Salvi’s Calamarata Pasta is a standout example of true Italian craftsmanship, proudly produced in a family-run factory nestled in the picturesque town of Cava de' Tirreni along the stunning Amalfi Coast. This artisanal pasta is crafted using time-honoured methods and premium durum wheat semolina, forming thick, ring-shaped pieces inspired by tender calamari. Its robust texture and hollow centre make it perfect for capturing rich, flavourful sauces.
