Salvi’s Ditali Rigati Pasta is a beautiful expression of traditional Italian craftsmanship, expertly produced in a family-run factory in the charming town of Cava de' Tirreni, nestled along the idyllic Amalfi Coast. This artisanal pasta is crafted using time-honoured techniques and the finest durum wheat semolina, delivering a perfectly firm texture and exquisite flavour.  

The Ditali Rigati shape, with its elegant, ridged design, is ideal for capturing sauces, from rich, velvety cream sauces to bold tomato-based flavours. Salvi’s pasta is slowly dried at low temperatures, preserving its authentic taste and nutritional integrity while ensuring it cooks to al dente perfection every time.
