Pasta Making Masterclass
Become a ‘pasta master’ and learn the secrets of beautiful, simple Neapolitan cuisine with Maurizio himself at our Salvi’s Cookery School experience.
Includes Prosecco and traditional antipasti platter on arrival, a class on how to make traditional, authentic Italian pasta from scratch, making the dough and shaping it into classic shapes by hand. Your pasta will then be cooked up in the kitchen with their traditional accompaniments and served to you with wine.
Classes begin at 6pm and take place at Salvi’s Mozzarella Bar in the Corn Exchange.
