Masterclass with Carmela’s Kitchen!
On Tuesday the 1st of May, join Salvi’s for a very special edition of their famous Pasta Masterclasses, as they team up with Carmela Sereno Hayes of Carmela’s Kitchen to celebrate all things pasta using traditional and authentic Italian techniques and ingredients.
Carmela will teach you how to creatively make double coloured pasta alla chitarra along with fantastic capelli hats, soprese tortellini and corzetti pasta disks.
Carmela Sereno Hayes is a cookery tutor specialising in the art of creating beautiful pasta. She is also an event cookery demonstrator, recipe developer, food writer and the author of two fantastic cookery books.
Arrive at Salvi’s Mozzarella Bar in the historical Corn Exchange building at 6pm for a glass of prosecco and anti-pasti before beginning your class! Afterwards, participants will sit down for a meal prepared by Salvi’s award winning chefs to enjoy a true taste of Italy!
